It is very simple, with the whole video being in the same location, but they have made it extremely sophisticated. The editing is very effective as well as it is very in keeping with the lyrics of the song, as it is a narrative based video. The band are all in the same clothes and all become each other due to the title "You and I". This is very effective to the audience
