Lip syncing task

Myself and my peers decided to practice our lip syncing and editing skills in preparation for our Music video. Here is the outcome :

Beauty and A Beat - Justin Bieber I extremely like this video due to the simplicity of it. Using a hand held camera is extremely effective and makes the audience feel closer to the artist as it is more intimate and personal.

You and I - One Direction This video is great as well, due to it being extremely well edited. It is very simple, with the whole video being in the same location, but they have made it extremely sophisticated. The editing is very effective as well as it is very in keeping with the lyrics of the song, as it is a narrative based video. The band are all in the same clothes and all become each other due to the title "You and I". This is very effective to the audience

Favourite Music Videos

One Direction - Best Song Ever I especially like this video due to the narrative. The story line is not a typical one for a music video and I like how they've really decided to make it different and be original. The storyline is continuous throughout and the performance aspects of the video are in keeping with the theme of the narrative making it flow well.

Introduction

Hi! I am Kim Yudelowitz, a 17 year old girl at JFS school studying Media, English literature and Theatre Studies. I hope to pursue a career in media studies when I finish school, so this year I aim to work very hard on my blog and hope to impress.
